Lauren and Matt

Lauren first contacted me after viewing the session I blogged of her best friend, Megan, and her fiance Robert.  Lauren and Matt made the drive down from Pinehurst, NC and we headed over to Noda for their engagement session. I had so much fun photographing these two! They are hilarious and so easy to work with, and I am definitely looking forward to their December wedding at the resort there in Pinehurst!

In our email correspondence, Lauren told me that Matt is an amazing dancer and that they met at a shagging bar in Myrtle Beach. So, naturally I asked if they would show me some moves…

At one point, I was taking some photos of them in front of the big red door of the fire station and we were joking about what would happen if the sirens started going off all of a sudden…and then the door started to open and scared us half to death. Turns out one of the firefighters saw us taking pictures, so he opened the door and let us take some photos with the truck. 🙂
